This dentist is absolutely incredible. Immaculate service. Pain relief was the best I’ve ever had and I spent a total of four hours in the chair across two visits. As a very nervous patient I was completely put at my ease. I can honestly say that it was the smoothest and most pain-free visit to a dentist imaginable. Carol knew exactly what she was doing and I felt totally at peace throughout my amalgam removal procedures. I could not recommend this dentist more highly. Worth travelling a five hour round trip to get to!

The experience of cosmetic dentistry here is a breeze. The whole team, Carol Julie Rachael etc, listened to my concerns about my teeth, Carol offered me choices and ways forward. After choosing Invisalign and bonding I can thoroughly recommend here - the staff are great and the whole process is made as easy as pie. It's a wonderful place to get any dentistry, these guys and girls know what they are doing, it's an incredibly modern dentist too!Thanks Evolve, I finally fixed my teeth confidence with your help 👍

I have been a regular customer at Evolve Dentistry Portishead and the practitioner that I keep going back for is the meticulous and wonderful hygienist Emma.Emma always takes the time to check-in and listen for any developments in my dental health and outlines what she can do to help. She consistently takes great care of me and takes all time to explain and address any questions or concerns of mine before, during and after treatment. Her great attention to detail always works wonders for bringing out a fresh, bright smile that I cannot wait to share as soon as I leave the practice!Her years of experience really shine through her gentle approach and - literally - brilliant results; I walked away today with such bright teeth it was almost as if I had them whitened!

I had my teeth straightened in 2015 (aged 47) and had an excellent experience and a great result. Lisa was fantastic through the whole treatment using difficult techniques with the Incognito brace.I had permanent fixed retainers fitted on my upper and lower incisors and these needed fixing this year due to general wear and tear and it was like meeting old friends! Lisa and Steph were fantastic and worked so quickly and professionally and were very kind and caring in dealing with my easily triggered gag reflex!All the staff are fantastic. I highly recommend this practice.

After being insecure with my smile It’s been a year since my procedure with evolve dentist Carol she’s great definitely recommend. Genuinely knows what she’s doing. Got braces for couple months, then tooth bonding and whitening after everything went really well. Compliments on my smile and teeth haven’t stopped since :)

The customers service is excellent, the subscription deal is very generous (£19.75 a month) and comprehensive with some amazing benefits and the staff are so professional. My dentist, Yasmin, has treated me very well and has taken such good care of my teeth. So far I’ve enjoyed having check-ups, going to the hygienist, having retainers made and I’m looking forward to my teeth-whitening in 6 months too

I will never have regrets about that.My previous fear of dentists has gone, and from a trembling wreck in the car park, I now bounce along for my appointments.I have had a lot of work done by having whole new dentures, top & bottom, but Mike and the Evolve team have literally, and metaphorically, held my hand all the way through.To anyone considering dentures, just do it! Yasmin and the team at Evolve Dentistry are absolutely fantastic. I had a number of amalgam fillings replaced and I choose to have this undertaken at Evolve as they specialise in the safe removal of amalgams by following strict safety protocols. I have never previously enjoyed going to the dentist, but I can honestly say that going to Evolve was a delight! Yasmin is very attentive and is a first-class dentist. She always puts you at ease and does such great work. I am very impressed with the results.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Evolve Dentistry is very professional, using all the saftey precautions during my treatment to remove my amalga fillings. Previous dentists informed me I would lose my tooth if I removed the amalgam. Thankfully this was not the case and Evolve dentistry left me with outstanding results. Highly recommend 5⭐

I was referred to Evolve to see Mike by my local dentist. I had previously had two partial upper dentures but with little success. The whole process at Evolve is relaxed and professional. Mike explained, listened and answered all my questions, he found out exactly what my expectations were and seemed confident that it was achievable. I have had Invisalign, composite bonding and recontouring at Evolve and I couldn't be happier. Evolve I have found to be a wonderful caring practise from ALL aspects. They genuinely practise from a ‘prevention first’ attitude, a fairly rare experience, but have the knowledge and skills and the latest technology required, to achieve your needs or aspirations regarding dental health- whatever they may be cosmetic or necessary.All the staff are wonderful...patient and understanding for all - whether for the younger or older generation.I only wish I had known of them when I first needed help or treatment many years ago..The Practise is also well situated within Portishead (Near Waitrose- handy) and with the added benefit of very close parking availability (2 mins) and is always immaculate and spotless, extra reassuring through this past year of C’ (but has always been so...)Our loyalty has been well rewarded thankfully...G and J.E.

After many years of not visiting the dentist because I was fearful I decided to take the jump and book with Evolve and I’m so glad I did. My dental appointments have been with Yasmin and she is fantastic. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you step into the room. Yasmin was able to tell I was anxious and put me at ease instantly. I’ve visited three times so far, to follow my treatment plan, and I’m no longer anxious about going to the dentist, each time has been a possitive experience. My teeth look and feel great. I visited today for Bioclear treatment on my upper front 4 teeth. Having spoken to Julie over the past day or so, she really put me at ease beforehand and reduced any fears and concerns I had. My 10 year old son had microdermabrasion treatment of his front teeth for brown staining from too much fluoride most likely in the water here ....... The results are amazing! Dr Yasmin was very informative about the problem and process and he was totally at ease with her. He cannot stop beaming now at the difference it has made, happy customers all round. After having a bad experience at my NHS dentist I chose Evolve for myself and my family. I do have to travel 40 minutes to get there but I'm so happy with the work I've had done, bridge, replaced fillings, hygienist that I wouldn't go anywhere else. Having already been delighted with the results of my toxin treatment and profhilo, I had no hesitation in talking Dr Carol’s advice on fillers for cheek definition and saying bye bye to my down in the mouth lines! Dr Carol is highly experienced and commits to life time education and I applaude her investment in doing the Level 7 post grad course in facial aesthetics demonstrating her high standards in patient care. The high standards she demands of herself is also reflected by her team’s same excellent customer care and compassion. I had my treatment and was surprised at the fact I had zero bruising. Dr Carol’s injection technique is superb. As someone who has been in aesthetics from about 2002, I feel confident to recommend Dr Carol at Evolve Face 100%. I visited Carol to have my amalgam fillings removed, and i had a few ! Like many I am not a fan and the procedure was pretty complex and i was not looking forward to what seemed like a long road ahead of me. However Carol and the team were brilliant. I recently had composite bonding, laser gum shaping and tooth whitening done at Evolve with Jonathan Sproson. I am thrilled with the results and Jonathan really did a brilliant job, not just with the final result but throughout the process. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure the result was very natural and proportionate to the rest of my teeth. I was especially nervous for the laser gum shaping but he ensured it was completely pain free and always explained everything he was doing so I was at ease. Even though I was getting cosmetic work done, the health of my teeth and gums was also important and I felt that I was given the right support and advice on that side of it as well. All the staff members I came into contact with were lovely and very friendly. So many people have commented on the bonding and how natural it looks. Overall the whole experience was 10/10 and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any cosmetic work done or just a new dental practice.

I came across Evolve after an old root canal tooth broke in half. What made it worse is that I hadn’t been to the dentist for years (too many that I’ll admit too), due to the fact I have a massive fear. Easily managed to obtain same day emergency appt & well ..... if I now said I had a fantastically rebuilt tooth, you would simply not believe it. I saw Dr Jonathan Sproson, who if you fear the dentist will change that forever. Trust me. Both him and his dental nurse are honestly amazing. Never once made me feel that I was a hassle, and their patience and understanding is brilliant. My tooth, it’s had a few 👍 comments too.

I've been Carol's patient for 8 years because of the incredible TLC I receive every time I set foot through those doors at Evolve Dentistry in Portishead. The quality of care and the attention to my needs at this practice are second to none. Although I live in Bristol, I choose to travel 90 minutes by bus each way, because they are that good at what they do and are so worth the journey. Eight years ago when I needed loads of work done on my teeth, I greatly feared the intense pain I had experienced at the hands of other dentists and anticipated the same here. When I reached out to Carol via her Facebook posts and told her my concerns, she personally responded and assured me that the techniques used at Evolve Dentistry will cause relatively no pain. During the procedure, she allowed me the time and breathing space I needed to be absolutely comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for all my dental and oral health needs because this practice is absolutely fabulous in every aspect of their work. I give them my highest recommendation.

I am getting married and didn’t want to feel ill at ease in photos because of my smile. My teeth were breaking down at the front and were very discoloured. All the staff are so friendly and I felt totally at ease. Jon is like a master craftsman and gave me back the smile I had as a teenager. Sinnce i was young ive always had a large fear and anxiety of going to the dentist. Due to circumstances, i had to use a private dentist and i have never looked back. The team make me feel so at ease and sometimes i now even look forward to going! This practice is the best that i have been to and i really feel like they have made such a difference to my overall health - not just my mouth's!

Always professional and friendly. I've been looking for a really good dental practice and dentist for several years and have tried many. Ongoing problems with one particular tooth and an infection underneath made me keep searching for the right dentist. On my first visit after a thorough examination my options were laid out to me. I was able to choose what best suited me without me feeling I was being pushed down the root canal path - which I didn't want to take. I've been pain free since we finished the treatment. During today's visit I was particularly impressed by Emma the hygienist, thanks Emma my teeth feel and look great. It's a great team and extremely pleasant environment, thank you.

I had put off seeing a dentist for 20 years after some bad experiences when I was younger. Not seeing a dentist in a while left me with a lot of issues to fix combined with the fact that I wanted to get my mercury amalgam fillings removed lead me to search for a mercury free dentist, having spotted evolve walking around portishead combined with research on dentists on the IAOMT website I made an appointment. The place made me feel relaxed and confident that I made the right choice. Now that the work is complete I feel a lot better and happy that I dont have a toxic substance in my mouth.

I found Evolve online some years ago when searching for a dentist who would understand how nervous I am about going to the dentist. Even though I live in Bristol and it's quite long winded to get to Portishead after work for appointments, I continue to go back to Evolve because of how considerate and thorough they are. For many years I was so stressed about visiting the dentist, but this practice has made me feel quite happy to attend and relaxed about it. I had a crown done here last year and it was amazing, pain free, quick with only 1 visit.Carol is a wonderful, gentle dentist and the hygienist is also great and she is the only hygienist I have ever seen who has not caused me pain and stress.All the staff make you feel welcome and special and I can’t recommend this practice too much.I drive here from Plymouth as this is the only dentist I have faith in and I won’t go anywhere else.Over a year later I still think this dentist is amazing and wouldn’t go elsewhere.Apart from bein great, the tea is good too😁😁

I was previously a patient with a dentist surgery in Clevedon. Over recent months, I have experienced a number of problems with my teeth and gums which were dismissed by my current dentist over a number of visits.I scheduled an appointment at Evolve for a second opinion, when the discomfort became too much, where Dr Jonathan Sproson met me for a consultation, before an extremely thorough examination. He covered everything, made me feel at ease, and formed a diagnosis and a treatment plan. He took his time, took photographs, x-rays, and talked me through each.After diagnosing the gum disease, I then met with Hannah Mundy, one of their hygienists. Again, she was very thorough and already things are feeling a little better, and I certainly feel more at ease and confident that the issue will be resolved. I have another two hour-long appointments with Hannah booked over the next couple of weeks to help get things under control.It's frustrating the diagnosis wasn't made by my existing dentist as things could have been sorted before they'd gotten this bad, but I'm confident that Evolve will be able to help.The staff are extremely knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. I would highly recommend. The level of care, and the thoroughness, is way beyond what I have experienced elsewhere.

I searched for an holistic dentist who could remove my amalgam fillings safely as after much research, I no longer wanted mercury in my system impacting my long term health. Or to visit any dentist who continues to regularly use mercury fillings in their practice and without the essential removal safety protocol for such an easily airborne toxin.Luckily I found just what I needed.Evolve is a beautifully designed practice with an air of calm, extremely clean and with excellent and highly knowledgeable staff.I felt in safe hands through quite an involved procedure and was amazed how painless it was.A totally different experience to any previous dentistry I'd received and well worth a little extra cost.I continue to visit for my regular check ups and hygienist visits.

Julie as was very helpful when I rang and I booked my appointment with Jonathan for a couple weeks later. I was so pleased and impressed with the advice and help Jonathan gave that I immediately knew I had made a good choice. He listened and understood my symptoms and offered a treatment plan. I have just got home following my second appointment and I now have a new splint which Jonathan ensured fits accurately to help. Not only did Jonathan help me with his problem but he also noticed a tooth that needed treatment. I am a very nervous dental patient but Jonathan made the procedure pain free and I was very relaxing thinking of my forthcoming holiday! I researched dentists for years trying to find the right one. With Evolve I didn't just get the brace I wanted at the price I wanted but I got personal customer service and always felt extremely welcome. My dentist Lisa was excellent, explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. I travel 110 miles per each round trip to visit Evolve Dentistry, that's how good they are! I wanted 7 amalgam fillings fully removed and replaced by white ones and it was very important for me to have this work carried out in a safe environment (for medical reasons - a discovered metal allergy) hence the initial reason for trying them, and selecting them from three such practices. The work is completed now and I must say I am astounded by the friendliness of the staff and most importantly the skill and competence of Carol who treated me with respect and patience throughout. Carol is obviously at the very top of her profession and I felt in very safe hands. The treatment took a while as the work was not straightforward but she took it in her stride. It was painless during and after treatment, I was even drifting off to sleep during it. For me, the overall experience is worth the long round trip. My teeth look and feel great. I would completely recommend Evolve Dentistry if one is looking for expert treatment in a relaxing environment. Thank you Carol and your team.
