The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines both front-of-house reception duties and patient support office responsibilities.
You’ll split your time between reception and our patient communications office, welcoming patients to the practice while also handling calls, emails and appointment enquiries
No two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Working Hours
Monday: 8:00am – 7:15pm
Tuesday: 1:45pm – 6:15pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:45pm
Salary
£13.00–£15.50 per hour, depending on experience

Sometimes, it’s the smallest changes that make the biggest difference. ✨
In this video, Yasmin shares one of her favourite recent smile transformations.
The patient’s front teeth were a little too prominent, so rather than taking a more invasive approach, treatment focused on creating better balance and proportion.
The journey included:
🦷 Aligning the teeth to create space.
🤍 Professional teeth whitening.
✨ Minimal composite bonding to widen the lateral incisors.
The result is a smile that looks beautifully natural because the teeth are in harmony with one another.
