Dentistry The practice is committed to providing a high standard of treatment and service to its patients. To achieve this goal it is important that treatment fees are collected efficiently.
All patients are provided with a treatment plan and estimate before the treatment commences which has details of the payment terms and the fees payable for treatment.
To avoid unnecessary costs or inefficiency fees are collected before each treatment plan has been completed, with the fees payable as treatment progresses, with the full balance due before the final appointment. It is the policy of the practice to call patients the day before their appointment to take full payment for that appointment.
We take payment in advance as this significantly reduces our non-attendance rate, therefore we ask all patients to pay in advance and in doing so, we don’t have to increase our fees further to cover the cost of lost time. We don’t wish to judge which patients may or may not turn up, so we ask everyone to do this. Thank you for your understanding.
In the eventuality that fees are outstanding at the end of the treatment plan, the balance is collected at the last visit of the course of treatment.
If there are fees outstanding after the last visit, the practice will write to or telephone the patient to request payment. Reasonable steps will be taken to collect outstanding fees before a third party agent is instructed or legal action is initiated.

Being shortlisted for Team of the Year means a lot to us, but not because of the trophy.
It’s because dentistry is never the work of one person.
It’s the nurse who notices you’re nervous before you’ve said a word. The reception team member who remembers the conversation you had last time. The clinician who takes time to explain something again. The person behind the scenes making sure your visit runs smoothly.
Those small things happen every day at Evolve, and they only happen because people care about the experience we create together.
So being a finalist gives us a lovely excuse to say something we probably don’t say often enough: we’re incredibly proud of this team.
