Fantastic service from start to finish. Evolve Dentistry is very professional, using all the saftey precautions during my treatment to remove my amalga fillings. Previous dentists informed me I would lose my tooth if I removed the amalgam. Thankfully this was not the case and Evolve dentistry left me with outstanding results. Highly recommend 5⭐

I completed my crown, veneer, and bio clear bonding treatment today, and I have the smile I’ve always wanted!My experience with Evolve has been a really positive one, and I’m no longer apprehensive about dental treatment at all.Carol is a perfectionist and is exceptionally good at what she does - She’s patient focussed, a good communicator and really does put you ease, you are in extremely good hands if she is your dentist!My experience with the hygienists at Evolve have always been good, they use modern equipment making visits almost pleasant, and Julie has always been my favourite front of house - she’s professional, knowledgeable and caring.Evolve is modern, immaculately clean, and well located, I would absolutely recommend Carol and her team to anyone looking for a fresh, pain free approach to dentistry!

I was referred to Evolve to see Mike by my local dentist. I had previously had two partial upper dentures but with little success. The whole process at Evolve is relaxed and professional. Mike explained, listened and answered all my questions, he found out exactly what my expectations were and seemed confident that it was achievable. What I have walked away with today is beyond all my expectations - comfortable well fitting dentures that really do look like natural teeth and a smile that I haven’t seen for years. I have had Invisalign, composite bonding and recontouring at Evolve and I couldn't be happier. Carol was amazing - she has such good attention to detail and listened to everything I said I wanted and did exactly that. She really did go above and beyond for me and I'm really grateful. The ladies at reception are also just so lovely, helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I'm so happy with my smile and I'd recommend Evolve to anyone. This is best dentistry experience I have had so far (and I'm 47!) Very reasonable pricing, and a very modern, forward thinking practice. There is no longer any need to be nervous about going to the dentist! I felt respected and fully involved and informed during the decision making processes. Yasmin repaired a big chip in my front teeth around 6mths ago - stunned at the results - she is incredibly skillful and a perfectionist! thank you!!

Evolve I have found to be a wonderful caring practise from ALL aspects. They genuinely practise from a ‘prevention first’ attitude, a fairly rare experience, but have the knowledge and skills and the latest technology required, to achieve your needs or aspirations regarding dental health- whatever they may be cosmetic or necessary.All the staff are wonderful...patient and understanding for all - whether for the younger or older generation.I only wish I had known of them when I first needed help or treatment many years ago..The Practise is also well situated within Portishead (Near Waitrose- handy) and with the added benefit of very close parking availability (2 mins) and is always immaculate and spotless, extra reassuring through this past year of C’ (but has always been so...)Our loyalty has been well rewarded thankfully...G and J.E.

The dentists and oral hygiene specialists at Evolve are very kind and conscientious, and also make time to talk things through clearly. Visiting them is as pleasant as a visit to the dentist could be. Even when I needed root canal work, they made sure it was bearable and quick. I hope I can find as good a practice in my new home city.

After many years of not visiting the dentist because I was fearful I decided to take the jump and book with Evolve and I’m so glad I did. My dental appointments have been with Yasmin and she is fantastic. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you step into the room. Yasmin was able to tell I was anxious and put me at ease instantly. I’ve visited three times so far, to follow my treatment plan, and I’m no longer anxious about going to the dentist, each time has been a possitive experience. My teeth look and feel great. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

I visited today for Bioclear treatment on my upper front 4 teeth. Having spoken to Julie over the past day or so, she really put me at ease beforehand and reduced any fears and concerns I had. I've been self-conscious for years and would often hide my smile. Carol has done a fantastic job and the results from today are incredible. I really couldn't be happier and I walked out feeling like I could smile confidently again. I would highly recommend visiting. Great team, great results....thank you for giving me my smile back!!! 😁

My 10 year old son had microdermabrasion treatment of his front teeth for brown staining from too much fluoride most likely in the water here ....... The results are amazing! Dr Yasmin was very informative about the problem and process and he was totally at ease with her. He cannot stop beaming now at the difference it has made, happy customers all round. After having a bad experience at my NHS dentist I chose Evolve for myself and my family. I do have to travel 40 minutes to get there but I'm so happy with the work I've had done, bridge, replaced fillings, hygienist that I wouldn't go anywhere else. During these strange Covid times they've done absolutely everything they can to keep their patients and their staff safe. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Having already been delighted with the results of my toxin treatment and profhilo, I had no hesitation in talking Dr Carol’s advice on fillers for cheek definition and saying bye bye to my down in the mouth lines! Dr Carol is highly experienced and commits to life time education and I applaude her investment in doing the Level 7 post grad course in facial aesthetics demonstrating her high standards in patient care. The high standards she demands of herself is also reflected by her team’s same excellent customer care and compassion. I had my treatment and was surprised at the fact I had zero bruising. Dr Carol’s injection technique is superb. As someone who has been in aesthetics from about 2002, I feel confident to recommend Dr Carol at Evolve Face 100%. Whilst an odd word to use when describing ones trip to the dentist I’d say my experience this morning was ‘delightful’. Carole was nothing but pleasant and the lovely Hannah, who I meet this for the first time, with her assistant Jess, was adorable. She even told me I brushed my teeth too much! Now There’s a first. I couldn’t recommend Evolve dentistry enough.

I visited Carol to have my amalgam fillings removed, and i had a few ! Like many I am not a fan and the procedure was pretty complex and i was not looking forward to what seemed like a long road ahead of me. However Carol and the team were brilliant. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely professional and totally painless. I am now totally amalgam free and so pleased that I made rhis commitment to my health and my teeth. I recently had composite bonding, laser gum shaping and tooth whitening done at Evolve with Jonathan Sproson. I am thrilled with the results and Jonathan really did a brilliant job, not just with the final result but throughout the process. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure the result was very natural and proportionate to the rest of my teeth. I was especially nervous for the laser gum shaping but he ensured it was completely pain free and always explained everything he was doing so I was at ease. Even though I was getting cosmetic work done, the health of my teeth and gums was also important and I felt that I was given the right support and advice on that side of it as well. All the staff members I came into contact with were lovely and very friendly. So many people have commented on the bonding and how natural it looks. Overall the whole experience was 10/10 and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any cosmetic work done or just a new dental practice.

I came across Evolve after an old root canal tooth broke in half. What made it worse is that I hadn’t been to the dentist for years (too many that I’ll admit too), due to the fact I have a massive fear. Easily managed to obtain same day emergency appt & well ..... if I now said I had a fantastically rebuilt tooth, you would simply not believe it. I saw Dr Jonathan Sproson, who if you fear the dentist will change that forever. Trust me. Both him and his dental nurse are honestly amazing. Never once made me feel that I was a hassle, and their patience and understanding is brilliant. My tooth, it’s had a few 👍 comments too.

I've been Carol's patient for 8 years because of the incredible TLC I receive every time I set foot through those doors at Evolve Dentistry in Portishead. The quality of care and the attention to my needs at this practice are second to none. Although I live in Bristol, I choose to travel 90 minutes by bus each way, because they are that good at what they do and are so worth the journey. Eight years ago when I needed loads of work done on my teeth, I greatly feared the intense pain I had experienced at the hands of other dentists and anticipated the same here. When I reached out to Carol via her Facebook posts and told her my concerns, she personally responded and assured me that the techniques used at Evolve Dentistry will cause relatively no pain. During the procedure, she allowed me the time and breathing space I needed to be absolutely comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for all my dental and oral health needs because this practice is absolutely fabulous in every aspect of their work. I give them my highest recommendation.

Sinnce i was young ive always had a large fear and anxiety of going to the dentist. Due to circumstances, i had to use a private dentist and i have never looked back. The team make me feel so at ease and sometimes i now even look forward to going! Always professional and friendly. I've been looking for a really good dental practice and dentist for several years and have tried many. Ongoing problems with one particular tooth and an infection underneath made me keep searching for the right dentist. On my first visit after a thorough examination my options were laid out to me. I was able to choose what best suited me without me feeling I was being pushed down the root canal path - which I didn't want to take. I've been pain free since we finished the treatment. During today's visit I was particularly impressed by Emma the hygienist, thanks Emma my teeth feel and look great. It's a great team and extremely pleasant environment, thank you.

I had put off seeing a dentist for 20 years after some bad experiences when I was younger. Not seeing a dentist in a while left me with a lot of issues to fix combined with the fact that I wanted to get my mercury amalgam fillings removed lead me to search for a mercury free dentist, having spotted evolve walking around portishead combined with research on dentists on the IAOMT website I made an appointment. The place made me feel relaxed and confident that I made the right choice. Now that the work is complete I feel a lot better and happy that I dont have a toxic substance in my mouth.

Since I found this local dentist on the Intrernet I have no concern or worry over pain. They recently made an extraordinary effort to accomodate me with a maintenance appointment at very short notice, as I was going away. I also have confidence that I have the best treatment in Portishead.

I found Evolve online some years ago when searching for a dentist who would understand how nervous I am about going to the dentist. Even though I live in Bristol and it's quite long winded to get to Portishead after work for appointments, I continue to go back to Evolve because of how considerate and thorough they are. They did a great job with my braces and continue to do a great job helping me keep my mouth healthy.

I haven been going to Evolve since I moved to Portishead. I always leave with a feeling of very clean and shiny white teeth - the guidance offered ensures I restock my floss supplies! Prices are creeping up a bit though...

For many years I was so stressed about visiting the dentist, but this practice has made me feel quite happy to attend and relaxed about it. I had a crown done here last year and it was amazing, pain free, quick with only 1 visit.Carol is a wonderful, gentle dentist and the hygienist is also great and she is the only hygienist I have ever seen who has not caused me pain and stress.All the staff make you feel welcome and special and I can’t recommend this practice too much.I drive here from Plymouth as this is the only dentist I have faith in and I won’t go anywhere else.Over a year later I still think this dentist is amazing and wouldn’t go elsewhere.Apart from bein great, the tea is good too😁😁

I was previously a patient with a dentist surgery in Clevedon. Over recent months, I have experienced a number of problems with my teeth and gums which were dismissed by my current dentist over a number of visits.I scheduled an appointment at Evolve for a second opinion, when the discomfort became too much, where Dr Jonathan Sproson met me for a consultation, before an extremely thorough examination. He covered everything, made me feel at ease, and formed a diagnosis and a treatment plan. He took his time, took photographs, x-rays, and talked me through each.After diagnosing the gum disease, I then met with Hannah Mundy, one of their hygienists. Again, she was very thorough and already things are feeling a little better, and I certainly feel more at ease and confident that the issue will be resolved. I have another two hour-long appointments with Hannah booked over the next couple of weeks to help get things under control.It's frustrating the diagnosis wasn't made by my existing dentist as things could have been sorted before they'd gotten this bad, but I'm confident that Evolve will be able to help.The staff are extremely knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. I would highly recommend. The level of care, and the thoroughness, is way beyond what I have experienced elsewhere.

Once again an excellent experience at Evolve dentistry - this time for a routine check up and session with the Hygienist. Its good to know the standard of care is so consistent , no worries about trips to the dentist. from a nervous customer !
