I’m an extremely nervous dental patient, but Carol and her entire team put me at ease right from when I arrived in reception, and through all of my treatment. Each time I go they explain everything thoroughly, giving a very professional, polished and personal service. Can’t recommend them enough.

After visiting Evolve today for my 6 monthly checkup, I must say, yet again amazing service. I was a little apprehensive, as Joanne had left in July. But her replacement was really good too.Carol was so thorough again, leaving me comfortable and relaxed the whole way through. Whilst an odd word to use when describing ones trip to the dentist I’d say my experience this morning was ‘delightful’. Carole was nothing but pleasant and the lovely Hannah, who I meet this for the first time, with her assistant Jess, was adorable. She even told me I brushed my teeth too much! Now There’s a first. I couldn’t recommend Evolve dentistry enough.

I am delighted with the consistently high level of care and customer service that the whole friendly team provide. Unusually for a dentist, it is always a pleasure to attend for an appointment! I recently had cosmetic dental work carried out at Evolve. Carol and her team are so friendly and very professional. The work Carol has done on my teeth is superb, I could not be happier. The practice is spotless, stylish and very warm and welcoming. I can’t recommenced Evolve enough.

I visited Carol to have my amalgam fillings removed, and i had a few ! Like many I am not a fan and the procedure was pretty complex and i was not looking forward to what seemed like a long road ahead of me. However Carol and the team were brilliant. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely professional and totally painless. I am now totally amalgam free and so pleased that I made rhis commitment to my health and my teeth. I would just like to say thank you to Carol and the team at Evolve for looking after me so well. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I recently had composite bonding, laser gum shaping and tooth whitening done at Evolve with Jonathan Sproson. I am thrilled with the results and Jonathan really did a brilliant job, not just with the final result but throughout the process. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure the result was very natural and proportionate to the rest of my teeth. I was especially nervous for the laser gum shaping but he ensured it was completely pain free and always explained everything he was doing so I was at ease. Even though I was getting cosmetic work done, the health of my teeth and gums was also important and I felt that I was given the right support and advice on that side of it as well. All the staff members I came into contact with were lovely and very friendly. So many people have commented on the bonding and how natural it looks. Overall the whole experience was 10/10 and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any cosmetic work done or just a new dental practice.

I came across Evolve after an old root canal tooth broke in half. What made it worse is that I hadn’t been to the dentist for years (too many that I’ll admit too), due to the fact I have a massive fear. Easily managed to obtain same day emergency appt & well ..... if I now said I had a fantastically rebuilt tooth, you would simply not believe it. I saw Dr Jonathan Sproson, who if you fear the dentist will change that forever. Trust me. Both him and his dental nurse are honestly amazing. Never once made me feel that I was a hassle, and their patience and understanding is brilliant. My tooth, it’s had a few 👍 comments too.

Carol has been fantastic with me as I have a fear of the dentist before I went to Evolve Dentistry I was a mess my gums were bad and I needed lots of work done. All the Staff made ma feel welcome and Carol helped me be keeping me relaxed. I travel from Wales just to have my teeth with Evolved as I have lost faith with dentist in my area. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always had first class service at Evolve with great atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. Carol is my usual dentist and had lots of work with her and can highly recommend. I've also just had the dreaded root canal with dentist Jonathan. For someone who was extreamly nervous and worried he made me feel very relaxed and at easy and the procedure was quick and painless. I've been Carol's patient for 8 years because of the incredible TLC I receive every time I set foot through those doors at Evolve Dentistry in Portishead. The quality of care and the attention to my needs at this practice are second to none. Although I live in Bristol, I choose to travel 90 minutes by bus each way, because they are that good at what they do and are so worth the journey. Eight years ago when I needed loads of work done on my teeth, I greatly feared the intense pain I had experienced at the hands of other dentists and anticipated the same here. When I reached out to Carol via her Facebook posts and told her my concerns, she personally responded and assured me that the techniques used at Evolve Dentistry will cause relatively no pain. During the procedure, she allowed me the time and breathing space I needed to be absolutely comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for all my dental and oral health needs because this practice is absolutely fabulous in every aspect of their work. I give them my highest recommendation.

6 weeks ago my teeth were rather wonky and a little discoloured, 6 weeks on I am practising how to smile showing my new whiter, straighter teeth having had 1 hygienist appointment, 1 home teeth whitening session and 1 painless composite bonding appointment with Jonathan on 3 front teeth. I am so pleased with my new improved smile, I have had such support and kindness from all the team at Evolve, especially JonathanI wish I had done this years ago!Carolyn Taylor

I am getting married and didn’t want to feel ill at ease in photos because of my smile. My teeth were breaking down at the front and were very discoloured. All the staff are so friendly and I felt totally at ease. Jon is like a master craftsman and gave me back the smile I had as a teenager. I am utterly delighted with the result, my smile lights up my face now and I can’t thank Evolve enough.

Sinnce i was young ive always had a large fear and anxiety of going to the dentist. Due to circumstances, i had to use a private dentist and i have never looked back. The team make me feel so at ease and sometimes i now even look forward to going! This practice is the best that i have been to and i really feel like they have made such a difference to my overall health - not just my mouth's!

Having moved to Portishead last year, Evolve Dentistry was recommended to me and I can understand why. I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the premises are beautifully fitted out. I have had several treatments and all have been initially fully explained as to what is needed and why. I am extremely pleased with the finished results and can only recommend this dental practice.

Always professional and friendly. I've been looking for a really good dental practice and dentist for several years and have tried many. Ongoing problems with one particular tooth and an infection underneath made me keep searching for the right dentist. On my first visit after a thorough examination my options were laid out to me. I was able to choose what best suited me without me feeling I was being pushed down the root canal path - which I didn't want to take. I've been pain free since we finished the treatment. During today's visit I was particularly impressed by Emma the hygienist, thanks Emma my teeth feel and look great. It's a great team and extremely pleasant environment, thank you.
