Why do I snore so loud?
When you sleep, the tissues in your throat relax, sometime enough to block your airway and cause vibrations. The more your airway is narrowed, the louder you will snore as the airflow is more forced, causing the vibrations to increase
What is the best position to sleep in when snoring?
Lying on your back can make your snoring louder as it makes your tongue and soft palate collapse to the back of your throat. If you sleep on your side, your snoring may be reduced.
Can you snore with your mouth closed?
It’s possible to snore even when your mouth is closed. In fact, it can make the snoring even louder than if you have your mouth open.
How can you sleep next to someone that is snoring?
There are a number of options to help you sleep, even if it’s not you snoring. These include:
How does a Panthera anti snore device work?
When the device is worn during sleep, it pulls the lower jaw forward. This advancement clears the back of the tongue, which helps to open the upper airway. Opening the airway facilitates the passage of air, therefore reducing snoring.
