Here at Evolve Dentistry we’re pleased to share the news that we’ve been in business in Portishead for eight years! We’re really proud of this fact, but we know that we owe our longevity to our wonderfully loyal patients, so what better way to celebrate this milestone than by running an amazing competition for you all!
To mark eight years, we’re giving away £8,000 worth of beautiful smiles! The winner of the first prize will enjoy up to £7,000 of cosmetic dentistry, so if you’ve ever dreamed of having a smile transformation then this is the chance to make that a reality. The runner up will win up to £1,000 of dentistry, which can go a long way towards achieving a winning smile.
The two winners will receive dental treatment from the fantastic Dr Jonathan Sproson, who will also be part of the team judging the entries. Jonathan is a highly experienced cosmetic and general dentist so you can rest assured that you will be in the best of hands.
This is definitely a prize worth being in the running for, but all entries must be with us by 9am on Tuesday 31 January 2017, so don’t delay! Head over to our competition page here to enter now; all you need to do is fill in your details, explain in no more than 200 words why you should win, and upload two photos of your smile. It’s as simple as that!
Please note that the shortlisted entries will be invited to attend for a clinical examination to further assess their entry. Please do NOT submit your entry until you have read and understood the full terms and conditions, which are available on the entry form page. Dentistry is a clinical procedure and it is important for your safety and wellbeing that you can comply with the requirements.
The winners will be announced on Monday 13 February 2017, so keep an eye out for the results, and good luck!
